Just a quick update:

I don't have much time to give a full update but here's a quick idea of what i've been doing with my time at all hoot hours of the night:

Dynamic Imaging Project 4 Version 3 from Christi Lemke on Vimeo.

Its certainly nothing special, just a quick little assignment to see her do some kind of walk inside a background that made sense for after effects.

These were assigned for Dynamic Imaging. We were to make a list of 40 similiar ideas/word and 40 opposite ideas/words and pick 20 from each to make metaphors for each set of words. These were done in a matter of...well, not very long. But that's the point, just sketching out ideas. The pigs in the blanket is my favorite metaphor for the word 'snug'. :)

Thats it for now.

New Character

And a little somethin' somethin' for everyone else:

Working late in the MAC labs never gets old.

Updating.

This is a fun little character I did quickly for a Dynamic Imaging assignment.
We just needed something to practice parenting/rigging on in After Effects.

Continuing 3D:

I went for a retro look for the radio. Still working out the kinks and need
to add lighting so that the image looks good.

This is the first project of Dynamic Imaging.
Its mostly just trying to get used to using After Effects and
I wish I would've had more time to work with it, but that's just how it rolls sometimes
I guess.

Getting Along With Maya.

I've been working in 3D this semester with Maya. We were assigned to find something a little on the easier to side to make a mock-up of so here's my progress so far. By no means is it finished, but ill post again when it is.
And here's my work in 3D so far:

I still have to add the handle and Ipod chord among other things, but overall I'd have to say i'm pretty happy with the progress ive made in the class with it only being our 3rd class session since school started. Stay tuned, more to come!
